Qingdao Bairuitong cast steel shot is manufacture using advanced Japanese technology and processes. It is made from carefully selected high-quality scrap steel and alloy raw materials, granulated through centrifugal atomization, and then refined through standardized processes including secondary quenching, tempering, rounding, and sieving.
Compared to ordinary cast steel shot, our product features a finer internal structure, uniform particle size, moderate hardness, and stronger impact resistance, effectively extending service life and reducing your overall operating costs.
