Product Introduction
Steel wire cutter shot is a cylindrical metal abrasive made from high-quality high-carbon steel wire (45#/50#/60#/70#/80#) through processes such as wire drawing and precision cutting. Compared with traditional cast steel shot, steel wire cutter shot utilizes a cold-cutting process, resulting in a dense internal structure free of porosity and shrinkage, offering significant advantages such as longer service life, lower consumption, and faster cleaning speed.
Our steel wire cutter shot is manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The product has uniform particle size, moderate hardness, and strong impact resistance, with an Irwin cycle life of 3000-3500 cycles, more than five times that of cast steel shot. It is widely used for shot blasting and surface strengthening treatment of steel structures, castings, and forgings.
